Gravity dies are ideally suited for the production of small to medium quantity runs, they are produced in aluminium and zinc based alloys up to a weight of approximately 20kg.

The mould filling properties of low pressure die casting make it suitable for thin-wall, large surface parts. Low-pressure die casting produces a fine-grained, very dense structure with attractive mechanical properties due to the controlled, low turbulence form-filling process and the fast, oriented hardening of the aluminium melt in the metal permanent mould. 

Lost wax casting or investments casting produce a highly accurate and versatile end product with an outstanding finish. Investment casting convert’s molten metal in a single operation to precision engineered components with minimum wastage of material, energy and subsequent machining.

Wire Erosion is widely used to cut punches and dies, shaped pockets and for many other industrial applications. The wire erosion process removes material using electrical discharge erosion action with a wire electrode travelling lengthways through the product.

A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine, reads co-ordinates to drive a machine tool, such as a drill bit, to cut away unwanted material from a work piece. 3Dimensionals experience in CNC machining makes us ideal if you are looking for experts in the casting process.
