Our prototype tooling and casting systems are capable of producing parts of high complexity and within comparable tolerances. In most cases it can achieve a resolution accuracy of +/- .005” and 125 micro inch finish or better for the critical areas. We can provide aluminium alloy, carbon steels, low alloy steels and stainless steels, amongst other materials, for your metal prototypes.
