3Dimensional have developed specialised press tools for many of our client’s custom applications. We have designed press tools to withstand extremely high forces and within tight tolerences, providing reliable performance and long life under rugged production conditions.

More and more of our customers when ordering die casting tooling require clip tooling manufactured in conjunction with a high-pressure die. Clip tool design is carried out on our Delcam PowerSHAPE seats and manufactured using today’s latest tooling methods.

Sampling is carried out using our in-house press to ensure perfect pressing and to meet our customers demands for a high quality final product. Multistage press tooling for upto 3m in length can be produced in our first class machine shop.
