To maximise the quality of our precision machined components 3Dimensional has the facility to produce their own high quality jigs and fixtures, giving us excellent location repeatability, which is essential for machining complex components.

Jigs and fixtures along with specific tooling form a critical element of machinery designed and supplied by us, it is our experience that we use to supply standalone jigs and fixtures to our customers when required and ensures that they are of the highest quality.

All fixtures are machined through our high-end machines ensuring perfect location tolerances. Fixture design is carried out using Delcam PowerSHAPE and must be customer approved prior to manufacture.

With the support of our first class machine shop, we can construct our own jigs and fixtures, and modify machine parts to overcome almost any problem, contact us to find out more.
