3Dimensional are one of the leading manufacturers of tooling for the die and mould industry. We are able to customise our high pressure precision dies for the various requirements of our customers. Toolings ranging from 250Kgs to 20tonne in weight can be handled in our first class machine shop.

Die Casting Process

We have and always will invest in the latest technology; whether it’s the high speed milling or the state-of-the art CAD systems, here at 3D we realise that being at the forefront of technology is paramount to giving our customers a first class service world-wide. We currently have two seats of Delcam PowerSHAPE, two seats of PowerMILL and various other CAD systems in which all our workforce are fully trained, thus giving us flexibility in our manufacturing methods.

Our high pressure precision dies are constructed from highest grade of materials, these components are highly durable and can be customised in accordance with clients' specifications and are widely used in different industries. Our customer base includes many UK and overseas clients who specialise in the automotive, DIY, medical, domestic and aerospace industries.
