A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine, reads co-ordinates to drive a machine tool, such as a drill bit, to cut away unwanted material from a work piece. These can be loaded directly from software such as of Delcam PowerSHAPE, PowerMILL or other CAD software.

CNC Machining Process

The CNC machining process holds to tight tolerances +/- 0.005” and can be possible on virtually any production material such as plastic or metal. Parts are machined directly from your 3D CAD models allowing for an almost perfect translation from design to casting.
