Can 3Dimensional create its own jigs and fixtures?

To maximise the quality of our precision machined components 3Dimensioal has the facility to produce their own high quality jigs and fixtures, giving us excellent location repeatability, which is essential for machining complex components.

All fixtures are machined through our high-end machines ensuring perfect location tolerances. Fixture design is carries out using Delcam PowerSHAPE and must be customer approved prior to manufacture.
