Formed fifteen years ago 3Dimensional are now amongst the leading toolmakers offering a first class service to the high pressure die casting and plastic moulding industries. Ancillary tools such as clipping tools, machining fixtures are part of the service that is project controlled in house, we are not dependent of sub-contractors during tool manufacture. We can handle tooling of upto 15 tonnes and we are currently in the process of increasing that (see future news page).

FAQ - How does the wire erosion process work?

The Wire Erosion process removes material using electrical discharge erosion action with a wire electrode travelling lengthways through the product; it is widely used to cut punches and dies, shaped pockets and has many other industrial applications.
