With 3 Dimensional's core business being High Pressure diecast tooling we are second to none when it comes to large bolster/plate machining. Bolsters upto 10 tonne in weight can be handled and machined in our first class machine shop with our largest machine having a scope of upto 3100mm x 1500mm, with the added benefit of power rotary head and tool change this enables us to machine bolsters in one hit to ensure perfect alignment from both sides.
3Dimensional realize the importance of time when it comes to sub contract machining to being the case 3 Dimensional has offline programming which enables continuous un-maned machining at all times.
